Sandy Klop's Quilt Block

Hello all,
I could give you an excuse for this post being late today or I could give you an interesting story about driving home late at night from my uncle's funeral and having a flat tire in South Dallas late at night, BUT this post isn't about me it is about Sandy Klop and her holiday gift to all of the loyal moda blog readers.

Sandy does not have a blog so she has asked us to post her block and her recipe.
Sandy, sorry I am late to post. It is hard to get good help, isn't it?!

Sandy is known in the quilting world as an over achiever. We asked her to make and design a 12" quilt block for the moda schoolhouse in Salt Lake City. She made a block and of course made an entire quilt using that same block.  Did you notice that at moda we have several designers that are overachievers?

The above quilt is made from Sandy's Pezzy prints and pindots. How Festive and fun!

Each of the blocks were designed using a fat eighth of 3 fabrics. Sandy's quilt block seemed to match her recipe as well.

To download a printable version of the pattern and the recipe, click .here.
